The 3rd Annual Refrigeration, DeepFreeze & Air Conditioning Trade Fair Moscow is being held September 13-16, 2005 at the premier exhibition center in Russia, the brand new, state-of-the-art, Crocus Expo Exhibition Center, Moscow. Building off the success of our recent 2nd Annual Refrigeration & DeepFreeze Trade Fair, with a tremendous re-signing from many of the major participants (and most increased the size of their space), and with new partnerships with additional associations, this is going to be an even larger event, growing each year as it has, with increased size, attendees, promotion, news coverage, and prestige. This year we have gained the prestigious support of both the Russian Union of Refrigeration Industry Enterprises, and the Association of Russian Manufacturers of Ice Cream and Frozen Products. We have also added a new major section to the Show, Air Conditioning.

Participating in the Exhibition:

1. Contract: To participate in the exhibition, the exhibitor is required to send the Organizer the Application-contract and all necessary additions to it, filled out, and signed. When doing so, the Exhibitor is confirming to participate in the Exhibition under the Rules and Conditions of the Application-contract.
2. Cost: Participation in the Exhibition has to be paid according to prices in Application-contract.
3. Additional agreements: -Submitting information for Exhibition catalogue;
   • Security services during the Exhibition days;
   • Stand cleaning;
   • freight-forwarding and custom clearance;
   • selling the products on the Exhibition's territory;
   • Hotel accommodations for Exhibitors and guests.
