The exhibition will be organized under the aegis of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and the Union of manufacturers of agricultural technology and equipment for AIC Soyuzagromash.

The main purpose of the exhibition is to showcase the latest technologies, equipment and materials for use in agriculture. The exhibition is also aimed at enhancing trade, economic, technical and scientific relations between Russian and international entrepreneurs, businesses and organizations.

The invitation is open to companies from major Russian and international manufacturers of technologies and equipment for various types of agricultural projects, including storage, processing and transportation of agricultural products, gardening and truck farming tools and equipment, repair and service/maintenance companies.

Conferences, thematic seminars and "round tables" dedicated to the development of the Russian market for agricultural equipment and technologies will be organized within the framework of the exhibition.

Participating in the Exhibition:

1. Contract:
   To participate in the exhibition, the exhibitor is required to send the Organizer the Application-contract and all necessary additions to it, filled out, and signed. When doing so, the Exhibitor is confirming to participate in the Exhibition under the Rules and Conditions of the Application-contract.
2. Cost:
   Participation in the Exhibition has to be paid according to prices in Application-contract.
3. Additional agreements:
   -Submitting information for Exhibition catalogue;
   -Security services during the Exhibition days;
   -Stand cleaning;
   -freight-forwarding and custom clearance;
   -selling the products on the Exhibition's territory;
   -Hotel accommodations for Exhibitors and guests.
