The Russian Union of Industrialists and Employers (RSPP) and International Exhibition Group are proud to announce that UtiliCon 2004 will debut in Moscow, November 3-6, 2004.
A specialized event designed to meet the pressing need to modernize and privatize the Housing and Public Utilities sector
Russian President Vladimir V. Putin has said, "The problems of Housing and Utilities Sector can be solved through market methods solely."
The move toward a competitive environment in these industries has already resulted in a growing number of private businesses. UtiliCon 2004 has received the official support of the State Duma of the Russian Federation
and of the Federal Agency for Building and Housing Complex of Russia (Gosstroj of Russia).
