Terms of Exhibiting
General Conditions
Booth space reservation is guaranteed upon fulfillment of 25% of the total due for the requested exhibit space.

  1. In order to exhibit, you need to:
  2. Complete the Exhibitor Application Form
  3. Execute the Exhibitor Agreement (will be sent to you upon receipt of your completed application.)
  4. Pay a 25% deposit for exhibit space within 5 days upon receipt of the invoice from the Organizer
  5. Full payment is due no later than January 20, 2005.
  6. Should an Exhibitor cancel its participation, the deposit is non-refundable.
    Exhibiting price includes:
    1. Registration Fee - 100 USD. It covers the costs of: Exhibitor's listing in the Show Official Catalogue, 300 exhibition admission tickets, one Show Official Catalogue, three ID badges, one invitation (for 2 people) to the Official Ceremony and Gala Reception, as well as exhibition promotion campaign expenses.
    2. Exhibit Space Pricing (Minimum exhibit booth is 9 square meters):
    3. Furnished Stand - 110 USD per square meter
    4. Space Only - 80 USD per square meter
    5. Outdoor Stand - 40 USD per square meter
    Prices include taxes (VAT and NNR).

  8. Distribution of Exhibitor Promotional Materials at the Exhibition Registration Booth - 220 USD.
  9. Advertising in the Show Official Catalogue:
    Full Page _5 Color Ad - 220 USD
    Half Page _5 Color Ad - 150 USD
  10. Exhibitor Logo in the Show Official Catalogue - 50 USD
  11. Indoor Exhibitor Promotion: installation of banners, billboards, air balloons, direction pointers, etc.
  12. Additional Exhibition Equipment: can be provided at the preliminary Exhibitor - s request. (Request must be submitted no later than 4 weeks prior the opening of the Show.) Additional equipment price information is provided at the exhibitor - s request.

Partial Participation (no booth) - 150 USD. Fee includes Company Listing in the Exhibition Official Catalogue, 2 Catalogues, and 100 show invitations.

To be announced: Requirements for submitting information in the Show Official Catalogue, security services during the show working hours, cleaning, cargo shipment and customs clearance, trade regulations in the Exhibition Pavilion.
